Easy Goulash

This is an easy dinner that serves about 4 hungry people. Plenty of carbs to keep you going on your camping trip.
Ingredients
- 1 Lb Hamburger
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 Green Pepper
- 2 12-Oz. cans of Tomato Juice
- 1 Box of Elbow Noodles
- 1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot, boil 2 quarts of water and cook the pasta until almost al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot (you can usually use the same one as the noodles were cooked in) heat the cooking oil until shimmering
- Add the Hamburger and cook over medium heat until the hamburger is browned.
- Add the onion and pepper and cook until the onion is translucent.
- Mix in the noodles and one can of tomato juice
- Use the other can to adjust the consistency. It should not be soupy but also not too dry.
- Heat through
